Sint Eustatius

Sint Eustatius, also known as Statia, is a small island in the Caribbean that offers a unique blend of history, culture, and natural beauty. Visitors can explore the island's rich past by visiting its many historical sites, including the ruins of Fort Oranje and the restored Dutch colonial buildings in the capital city of Oranjestad. The island is also home to a diverse range of flora and fauna, including sea turtles, iguanas, and exotic birds. With its pristine beaches, crystal-clear waters, and warm tropical climate, Sint Eustatius is the perfect destination for those seeking a relaxing and rejuvenating vacation in paradise.

Sint Eustatius Immunization Recommendations and Requirements

Before traveling, make sure you are up-to-date on all of your routine immunizations including influenza and COVID-19. Note that many vaccines that are now considered "routine" were not available until recent decades so you may not have received them at all, depending on your age and other factors.

Infants, 6 to 11 months old should receive one dose of MMR and Hepatitis A prior to visiting Sint Eustatius. This does not count toward routine childhood immunizations.
