England is home to iconic landmarks such as Big Ben, Buckingham Palace, and Stonehenge, as well as vibrant cities like London and Manchester. Scotland boasts stunning natural scenery, including the Highlands and Loch Ness, as well as historic sites like Edinburgh Castle and the Royal Mile. Wales is known for its rugged coastline, picturesque villages, and medieval castles, while Northern Ireland offers a mix of urban and rural experiences, from the vibrant city of Belfast to the stunning Causeway Coast. With a rich history, diverse cuisine, and friendly locals, the United Kingdom is a must-visit destination for any traveler.

UK Immunization Recommendations and Requirements

Before traveling, make sure you are up-to-date on all of your routine immunizations including influenza and COVID-19. Note that many vaccines that are now considered "routine" were not available until recent decades so you may not have received them at all, depending on your age and other factors. 

Infants, 6 to 11 months old should receive one dose of MMR prior to visiting United Kingdom, including England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland. This does not count toward routine childhood immunizations.
