June 2024 Rocky Point Dentist Trip

Trip Details

This trip is a 4 day/3 night excursion to Rocky Point on the Sea of Cortez in Mexico (locals call it "Peñasco"). Here is the trip agenda:

• Day 1 (Thursday) - 8 AM shuttle from Phoenix to Rocky Point with lunch/bathroom break in Ajo, Arizona. Visit Old Port Mall and Ocean upon arrival in Rocky Point.
• Day 2 & 3 (Friday and Saturday) - Travelers are on their own to visit the dentist, eat and enjoy local entertainment options. We will provide a variety of resources to make it easy to coordinate.
• Day 4 (Sunday) - 10 AM shuttle back to Phoenix with stop in Ajo, Arizona for lunch/bathroom

Included

1. Shuttle transportation to and from destination
2. Hotel accommodations. Hotel has an ocean view and is within walking distance of the beach, and several food and entertainment options.
3. Dentist research. We continuously collect patient feedback, pricing and services avaiable on Rocky Point dentists and share this information with our clients to help them make informed decisions about their care. We are a neutral third-party and do not receive any form of compensation for sending patients to a specific provider. 
4. Point of contact. Our customer service team is actually based in Rocky Point, so please feel free to reach out to us with any questions or issues you run into and we'll be glad to assist.

Not Included

1. Transportation to and from medical/dental office at destination (phone # will be provided for cab company)
2. Food (several decent restaurants are near hotel)
3. Entertainment (several options are nearby and we will make it easy for you to choose and obtain necessary transportation)

Refund policy

When a customer cancels, we make every effort to obtain reimbursements from our partners (transportation, lodging, etc.). In such cases where money is refunded, we return 100% of it to our customers. Cancellation policies vary for each of our vendors, and they also change without notice.
