What do B-vitamins help with?

B-vitamins are crucial to many bodily processes. They help build red blood cells, play a part in nerve function, cell metabolism, and production of DNA. B-vitamins are also integral in breaking down protein, carbohydrates, and fats.

Someone who has low vitamin B levels may experience fatigue, breathlessness, feel faint, have pale skin, heart palpitations, and headaches. A blood test can check the levels of different vitamins in your blood. Your physician can order these labs, or you can order your own blood tests.

Animal products like meat and eggs have a plethora of B-vitamins in addition to whole grains and fruits. A B-vitamin deficiency can lead to anemia, birth defects in pregnancy, mood changes, sore mouth, memory lapses, poor muscle coordination, and more.

Myers Cocktail IV therapy contains many of the B-vitamins your body needs to stay at the top of your game.
